Surprisingly good run. I really wasn't in the mood, but did it anyway. Started with modified 30 minute speed workout (3 minutes at 6.0-6.2 + 1 minute 5.6-5.7) for 2.96 miles, then did 1 minute at 6.0, 6.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0

HR stayed reasonable, leg/hip only hurt intermittently, feet were fine. Took a stretch or water break at 1, 3, 4.5, 6
