710' elev. gain. Really good long run. Ran part of the HM course, plus a little in the neighborhood near the park. Ran all but one of the hills, and that one I ran mostly. Did walk a few times, either to get breath back after a hill or to drink water or because of loose dogs. Water at 4 gave me cramps, but they went away quickly. One gel at 6 miles. No issues with that.
