Good tempo run on TM on a rainy day.
2 mile w/u - 5.5 - 6.2
1/2 mile each 6.9, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.2, 7.1, 7.0 (HM - 10k pace and back)
2 mile c/d 6.9-5.9
222' elev. gain
I had to take two bathroom breaks which broke up the intensity. Stomach was wonky but otherwise I was okay with the run. No leg pain.
