Good run on a beautiful day. Legs were tired and sore from yesterday's effort, but once I warmed up I was okay, just tired. Plan said to run 8-10 so I aimed for 9. I had no ambition to run extra. 465' elev. gain, 478' loss. Walked for water every two miles.
