I really wasn't in the mood to run today - zero energy - but I went out. It was cool but very humid after a short shower. I erred in starting the watch and didn't discover it until I reached the one mile point, so I added it in afterwards. By then I was feeling okay, so I just started the watch again and continued. 452' elev gain, including the 135' up Frank ,464' loss. Upper hamstrings/glutes hurt, but not unbearably. HR was very high so I took breaks every couple of miles to get it down.
