Hard run thanks to the heat. I ended up feeling dizzy and nauseous. Warmest day so far this year. I did w/r and took several water or bathroom breaks but I still struggled. I did 1.5 miles at Menno Haven in the woods on the foot trail. Stopped at bathroom to get water and forgot to turn off the watch.
