Really bad run. Tried to go 9 miles, but the heat got to me. I ended up walking about 2.5 miles. Canal is flat, easy, but I couldn't find a comfortable pace. Drank 20 oz water, still got dehydrated. Allergies acted up. Felt like I couldn't breathe, even when walking.
