Recovery run. Started out very sore from yesterday. Hamstrings/glutes/piriformis? First mile was very hard, then it got better and by the end I wasn't in pain at all.
w/u 1/4 mile 3.2-3.5, 5.0, 5.2, 5.4
1/2 mi each 5.5 - 5.8
