Good run to town. Legs were a bit tired and glutes were sore, but it wasn't a struggle. 409' elev. gain, 366' loss. Walked for water at 2, 5, 7, 9. Dates at 5. Pace was faster than expected or intended. I just let it flow naturally, without pushing or forcing a slowdown.
