Actually this was a reverse, Mercersburg to home. It was a hard run. Energy was low and my muscles were tight. First 12 miles were okay, but after that I struggled. 737' elev. gain, 721' loss. Rolling hills. Nothing steep, but they added up. Walked for water every two miles, gu at 5, 10, 15.
