Hard run on a cold day. The first half was good, but the pain in my legs and glutes got worse and worse as the run went on. The last few miles were very painful. Still, I did the extra mile I intended, but no more. I had hoped to get to 22 but that wasn't happening today. I went too fast in the first half, slowed down later. The cold didn't help. Walked for water every 2-3 miles. Gu at 5, 11, 17. Garmin said 440' elev. gain/loss.
