Good run on a foggy wet day. it felt easy. I was a little stiff after yesterday's fast miles, but warmed up by the end of the first mile. Tried to keep pace around 9:40-45 but was too fast for most of the run. Water at 4, 7. I slowed down in town with lights, bad sidewalks. Had to take glasses off but I could see well enough to avoid most problems. Only 287' elev. gain.
