Good run, but it felt hard. Two mile warmup, then 5 at tempo, then 3.3 easy to cool down. Legs felt very tired at the end. Set VP at 8:30 so I maintained the pace well. 533' elev. gain, 553' loss. Water at 2, 5, 7, 9. Felt a bit nauseous at 5, 7 so took a short break to get HR down.
