Attempted interval run at Memorial Park. Couldn't remember how to do manual laps, so I don't have the actual time for my intervals. I did 2 minutes hard, two minutes easy for 8 repetitions. Pace was around 8:00-8:10, I think. Last one was slower. Fun run.
