First attempt at a tempo-type run since injury:
1 mile warmup - walk then slow jog
1 mile 6.0 - feels fast
1. mile 6.1 - had side cramps during this section, slowed down, then walked, then got back to speed
1 mile 6.2 - no problem
1/4 mile 6.3 still good
1/4 mile 6.4 - feels fast, but still doable
1/4 mile cooldown
