Progressive easy run.

Warm up: 1/4 mi walk, 1/4 mi each 5.0, 5.1, 5.2

1 mi each 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6

Felt really tired, so did 1/4 mi 5.0, 1/2 mi 5.7, 1/4 mi 5.2

Felt like more effort than it should. Stomach wasn't happy. A few odd twinges in knee, shin, hamstring - all right side.
