Notes

Recovery run after yesterday's speedwork. Started out tired, but the run went well.

1 mile warm-up 3.4-5.2

1/2 mi each 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8

1/4 mi each 5.7, 5.6,

Followed by 30 minutes yoga.

Hamstring is still tight, but only bothered me for a minute or two during run.
