Good run today. PCT 2006 video helped make the time pass quickly.

1 mile warmup 3.5-5.2.

Then 1 mile each 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7

Then .25 each 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7

Then 1 minute each 5.0 - 5.7

Felt very stiff afterwards, but was pretty comfortable most of the run.
