Brooks Ghost 14 (pina & black 22)
Very windy and cold outside, so I did my workout indoors. w/u was 1, 2, 3, 4 minutes at 5.4-5.7, then I alternated 3/2 at 6.0-6.3/5/7-5.9. It wasn't as easy as it should have been, but it was okay.
