2.25 mile warmup - progressive 3.4 - 5.8
Interval sets were: (1/4 mile at 7.0 + 1/4 mile recovery) x 4, (1/4 mile at 7.1 + 1/4 m. recovery) x 3
the rest was recovery/cool down 6.0 - 5.5
I intended to do another 1/2 mile, but I was completely exhausted. Got off the TM and was really dizzy.
