Hard run for some reason. My leg hurt and I couldn't breathe. I felt very hot and my HR was high. w/u was .6 mile walk, then 10 minutes 5.6-5.9, then 3/2 with 3 at 6.0-6.7 and the 2 minutes at 6.0. c/d was 2 minutes each 6.6-6.0. 139' elev. gain.
