Good run, though the first mile was rough. w/u was 1.5 miles progression every .25 5.5-6.0. The rest was alternating 2 minutes/1 minute 6.1-6.9/6.0 then c/d 7.0 - 6.1 150' elev. gain Leg behaved, though it was definitely tight. Lungs were an issue at first, but then they eased up too.
