Lovely spring day, cool and windy. Not a great run. Strong wind from SW affected my breathing when heading south or west. My HR was high from the start. I did fairly consistent w/r at 3:30/:30 but it didn't help much. I took a bathroom break at 2.5 then a water break every two miles or so. Gu at 5.5 helped my energy but not my lungs.487' elev. gain, 494' loss. Stomach started acting up about mile 9 and I raced the PM to get home. It was a close call.
