Another hot and humid day, so I did my run on the TM. 20 minute warmup - 5.4-5.9. Then 5 minutes each 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.2, 7.1, then cool down 6.0-6.3. Tempo paces felt hard, but I did what I hoped, though I did do water breaks at 3 and 5 miles.
