Good workout. Plan called for 2 x 2 miles at HM pace, then 1 mile at 10-15k pace, with 3 minute recovery between sets. My pace was a bit fast, closer to 15k pace, but was within LT pace. I set the VP at 8:40 but figured anything between 8:15 - 8:45 would be good. 366' elev. gain, 384' loss.
