Better run. I wanted nature and flat, so I went out to the Park and skipped the roads around the park. I started out with a lot of stiffness and leg pain, but it soon eased and was only intermittent after that. Breathing was hard due to wind and allergies. I did some walk run after the first slow mile, which helped with the leg. A few breaks (POP, chat with dog owner, water) helped too.
