2 mile warm up: 1/4 mi walk, then progressive 5.0 -5.9

2 miles at 6.3 and 1 mi at 6.4 (plan called for 3 at 9:27, but TM does 9:31 and 9:22)

1 mile cool down 6.0. 5.8. 5.6, 5.4.

The run felt good today. Hard, but sustainable. At the end I was tired, but not sore.
