Good run but hard. My legs were tired. I like the route. Strong wind from the west was in my face for about half the run. Hills. Garmin said 887, RA says 1367'. Walked Leafmore again. Gu at 5, 10, 15. Second one upset my stomach so it cramped for a few minutes.
