Good run, despite being tired and having a very sore back when I started. w/u was 5 minutes at 5.4-5.8, then I alternated one minute at 5.8 with 3 minutes at 6.0-6.3, then I did 2-4 minutes at 6.1-6.4 with 1 minute at 6.0. Paces felt good and my HR only got up to 157. I took a water break at 3, 4.5 and 5.5. Legs were fine while I was running, but left upper hamstring hurt a bit afterwards. Back was fine.
