1/4 mile walk warmup. Then run/walk 6:1, 7:1, 8:1, 9:1, 10:1 at 5.0 - 5.4

Felt very hard. Haven't run for a week, so I felt slow and heavy. No pain, except a twinge on my left shin. Where did that come from? Didn't last.

Last time I ran, I was fine during the run, but pelvic pain started a couple of hours after and lasted two days. Today's run was shorter and I kept the run/walk intervals, so hopefully it will be better.
