Good run. First half was 30 minute program alternating 3 minutes at 6.0-6.2 with 1 minute at 5.7. Easy and enjoyable. Then I did 33 minutes of 1, 2, 3, 4 minutes at HMP with equal recovery followed by a short easy cool-down. Glute hurt a bit half-way, but that eased with a short break.
