Elev. gain 236' - so mostly flat through downtown. Some rough sidewalks. Stopped at a few road crossings and had one bathroom stop.

3 miles tempo - moderate effort
Ran first tempo mile too fast, 3rd too slow. Need to work on pacing. Started feeling sluggish, but warmed up by second mile. Was ready to stop at the end. Felt fine afterwards.
