Heat really got to me. I ran in town, so I could get shade and there was a little SSW breeze. Even so, I ended up taking a shade break about every mile and I still ended up feeling dizzy and nauseous. Other than that, it wasn't a bad run as I ran from shade patch to shade patch. HR went way up on the second half and didn't go down much even with rest and bathroom break.
