Good TM run, despite large lunch and overfull belly. I wanted to keep it easy, so I did 1, 2, 3, . . . 10 minutes from 5.5-6.4, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute @ 6.5-6.1 Mostly it felt comfortable, though I was pushing a bit at the end of the first hour. Leg complained for the first mile, so I kept the incline at 0 and after that it was fine.
