3 miles: pyramid at 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.5, 5.4 incl. 3 "strides" at 7.0 for 1 min.
Speed felt very fast. Is TM calibration off? Felt like I could continue, but didn't because this is the first semi-formal attempt at intervals I've done. Didn't want to risk injury.
