Better run today. I kept the pace slower, starting with a slightly modified 35 minute program alternating 3 minutes 5.6-5.8 with 3 minutes 6.0-6.1. Then I did 25 minutes of 6.0-6.2 changing the incline between 0 and 2%. Total elev. gain was 300'.
