Hard run. I drank every couple of miles and had a gatorade at 5, but still had no energy. I was sweating hard. First half was easy progressive to 5.6, then I did Speed program 4 which alternates 2 minutes at 5.6 with 2 at 6.2. I really wanted to be outside, but with dew points in the 70s, there was no point.
