Warm windy day. The run felt hard for some reason. Legs were stiff and sore. I got stopped several times: bathroom break, long wait for train, yard sale, dogs. They helped the HR but not the overall sense of this being a harder than usual run. I tried to keep the pace easy. Some miles were a bit fast, others a bit slow.
