Good TM run. I did Speed Programs 35 min and 60 minutes, slightly modified. It basically alternated 2-3 minutes at moderate speed 6.0-6.6 with easy 5.5-5.9. Hamstring hurt the first mile or so, but was good after that. I kept incline low - mostly .5 - so only gained about 125'. I had more energy today so it wasn't a slog.
