My leg didn't hurt this morning, so I decided to try running two days in a row. w/u of two miles 5.5 - 6.3, 1/4 mile each. Then alternated 2 minutes medium (6.3-7.0) with 1 minute recovery (6.0-6.1). Faster paces felt hard and my leg complained more but it was a good run all in all. 200' elev. gain.
