Program 2 plus 20 minutes: speeds 3.5 - 7.0, incline 1.0 - 2.0
Overall, it didn't feel hard, even at high speed. I did about 5 minutes at 7.0, in one minute segments. At least 10 minutes was 6.0 - 6.9. Odd to feel comfortable at that speed.
Started out with a very sore back after mowing lawn yesterday, but it didn't hurt while I ran. Felt better afterwards.
