Good run on another H&H day. Started with a lot of leg pain, so I walked for 5 minutes and that loosened me up enough to run. w/u 2 minutes each 5.5-6.1, then alternated 2 minutes 6.0/6.2-7.1 then did 1 minute each 6.0-6.4-6.2
Leg pain was intermittent but not too bad until mile 6. Breathing was hard at 7.0-7.1 but fine the rest of the time.
