Really good run. Faster speeds felt insanely fast, but my breathing could handle it for 3 minutes (@ 1/4 mile)

Two mile warmup - walk, then 5.2 to 5.8

3 minutes each 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 + recovery at 1 1/2 minutes

2 minutes each 7.3 . . . 7.0 plus 1 minute recovery

1 minute each 7.0 . . . 7.3 plus 1 minute recovery

One mile cool-down
