Good progression run. Because I was worried about my hamstring, I did a .25 mile walk before starting this run. That didn't hurt, so I did a gradual increase in speed and duration from 5.4 to 6.6 and back to 6.0 with 1 minute, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Doing 8 minutes at MP felt like a workout, but the pain was low key and my breathing was okay. Only 139' elev. gain as I kept the incline mostly at 0 or .5 so the effort was mostly at 7.
