Notes

Good TM run, though I really wasn't in the mood. Ladder run - 2 minutes each 5.5 - 7.0, then 3 minutes each 6.9-6.3, 2 minutes each 6.2-6.0. Elevation gain was about 178'. Mostly incline was .5, but I changed it occasionally. Very low hamstring pain in the beginning, but it eased.
