Good MLR. I was really tired before I started, and really wanted a rest day, but the weather forecast made today a better day to do this than tomorrow so I headed out between rain showers. I wanted to keep the pace easy, but ended up going a bit faster than expected. Walked for water at 3, 7, 10. No gels. 469' elev. gain, 490' loss. No big hills, just gentle rollers. I felt pretty good while running, just tired.
