Pretty good run on the TM on a very hot and humid day (90 with DP of 70). Foot pain was the biggest issue and tight painful glutes. Taking breaks every mile to stretch worked.
w/u 5.4-5.8, then .5 each 5.9-6.4, then 2 minutes each 6.4-6.0 then just filled in to make 6 miles. Kept elevation flat to put less stress on hamstrings, which helped.
