Notes
Easy run after yesterday's debacle. Only 175' climb. Felt hot and humid, but I didn't overheat as badly as y'day. No water, and I needed it. Still, I got into an easy rhythm. Felt good. Oddly, after yesterday I didn't hurt, just felt exhausted, so today wasn't really a recovery run. I mostly was on the faster end of easy.
