Hard run. I'm not used to the TM any more so it always feels like more effort. I ran 5.5-5.9 for w/u then alternated .25 @ 6.0 with 6.1-6.4 for two miles, then shorter 7.0-6.1 alternating with 6.0. Legs did not like going 7.0 or higher.
