Hard run for some reason. Wind maybe? I didn't have much energy in any case. Watch missed a half mile that I ran with the watch turned off after greeting a dog, so I added that at the end. I kept the run easy, no strides, thanks to the lack of energy. Walked for water at 2 and 4 which slowed me down, especially in the 5th mile which also had 2 hills. 520' elev. gain, 436' loss.
